Role Overview

We are looking for a WordPress Virtual Assistant to assist with updating an existing website for a growing digital health platform and creating new pages, uploading content on the website.

The ideal candidate has experience working with WordPress content management, is detail-oriented, and can confidently implement website updates without requiring extensive supervision.

Scope of Work:

WordPress Website Updates

  • Edit and maintain an existing WordPress website
  • Create two new website pages
  • Upload and format blog posts provided by the client

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with WordPress
  • Ability to create and edit pages using WordPress editors
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience uploading and formatting blog posts
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement content changes accurately
  • Basic understanding of website layout and user experience
  • Experience working with healthcare or professional service websites
  • Familiarity with pulling content from structured documents (Google Docs)

Tools Required

  • WordPress
  • Google Docs and Google Drive (for asset and SOP sharing)
  • Trello (task management)
  • WhatsApp (communication)

Work Schedule & Hours

  • Will be under short term project set – up (10, 20, 30 hours)
  • Workdays preferably Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Light tasks may be completed on Wednesdays
  • Weekend work is acceptable if preferred
  • Time zone reference: AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Target Start Date:

  • Within the next two weeks
  • This position is a priority hire due to upcoming website updates.
