Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Website Developer & Digital Support Specialist to support the development, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of two existing digital projects:
- A personal brand and consulting website focused on human capital consulting, keynote speaking, thought leadership, and digital products.
- An existing Shopify e-commerce website requiring redesign improvements, SEO optimization, and structural cleanup.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern website builders, web design aesthetics, conversion-focused development, and light digital marketing support. This role requires someone who can work collaboratively, think creatively, and independently manage website enhancements from concept through implementation.
Scope of Work:
Personal Brand Website Development (One Page)
- Enhance and expand an existing one-page website draft
- Maintain and elevate the current sleek, elegant, minimalist design aesthetic
- Potentially migrate or replicate the current design into a more cost-effective platform if required
- Implement:
- Booking/calendar integrations
- Contact forms and lead funnels
- Conversion-focused layouts and CTAs
- Mobile responsiveness
- Brand-consistent visuals and UX
- Support integration of:
- Human capital consulting services
- Keynote speaking/thought leadership sections
- Future digital products or web-based tools
- Potential online courses and book promotion
E-commerce Website Support (Shopify)
- Improve existing Shopify website structure and navigation
- Redesign menus and user flow to improve customer experience
- Conduct SEO updates and optimization
- Refresh website styling and presentation
- Support ongoing maintenance and improvements
- Potentially assist with:
- Product presentation
- Landing pages
- Email capture flows
- Basic conversion optimization
Qualifications:
- Required
- Proven experience in website development and design
- Strong understanding of modern website builders and CMS platforms
- Experience with:

- WordPress
- Squarespace or similar platforms
- Strong eye for clean, premium, minimalist design aesthetics
- Understanding of UX/UI and conversion-focused design
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
