Primary Objective
To support the client in generating leads, conducting outreach, and booking qualified sales calls through strategic messaging and research.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research
- Identify and research potential clients aligned with the client avatar.
- Expand existing contact lists (LinkedIn, email, and other platforms)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Outreach & Messaging
- Conduct outreach via:
– LinkedIn messaging
– Email communication
– Call outreach
Initiate and maintain conversations with potential clients
- Use a soft, empathetic, and intuitive communication style appropriate for relationship coaching
- Appointment Setting
- Qualify leads through conversations
- Nurture prospects and guide them toward booking a call
- Schedule and confirm sales calls on behalf the client
- Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain records of outreach and conversations (Excel or basic CRM)
- Track:
– Number of contacts reached daily
– Responses and engagement
– Calls booked per week
- Submit end-of-day (EOD) reports via email
Scope of Work
Focus: Outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting ONLY (no admin tasks at this stage)
- Initial engagement: Part-time (minimum 10 hours/week)
- Potential to scale hours based on performance
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- Proven experience in:
– Lead generation
– Outreach or sales messaging
– Appointment setting
- Preferably with experience in:
– Coaching, consulting, or sensitive client-facing industries

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust through messaging
- High level of emotional intelligence and discretion
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
Technical Skills
- LinkedIn (required)
- Email outreach tools
- Basic tracking tools (Excel or similar)
- CRM tools (nice-to-have; will be implemented in the future)

Compensation
- Additional Incentives:
– Commission-based structure (to be discussed directly with VA)
– Potential earnings tied to booked calls and closed sales

IMPORTANT CLIENT NOTES & PREFERENCES
- This is a sensitive niche (relationships/love coaching) → requires tact and emotional intelligence
- Client prefers experienced VAs only (not entry-level)
- Strong emphasis on soft, intuitive communication style
- Open to commission-based incentives to drive performance
- Currently no CRM, but open to implementing one later
- Wants visibility on outreach metrics and results
- Interested in discussing:

– Daily contact volume
– Weekly call targets
