Role: Video Editor & Content Growth VA

About the Role
This is not a basic video editing role.
We are looking for someone who can combine video editing, content strategy, and platform management. The goal is not just to produce content, but to grow platforms and generate leads.
Core Responsibilities
- Video Editing
- Edit content for Instagram (Reels), TikTok, YouTube (Shorts & long-form), LinkedIn and Facebook
- Adapt videos per platform (format, pacing, hooks, captions)
- Ensure content is engaging, clean, and on-brand
- Content Strategy & Growth
- Analyse performance and suggest improvements
- Recommend content ideas, hooks, and formats
- Focus on lead generation, not just engagement
- Social Media Management
- Upload and schedule content
- Write captions aligned with brand voice
- Optimise titles, hashtags, and descriptions
- AI & Content Scaling
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and scale content production
- Performance Optimisation
- Track what is working and what is not
- Continuously improve content based on results
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience growing social media accounts
- Is confident managing platforms, not just editing
- Thinks strategically and takes ownership
- Communicates clearly and consistently
- Brings ideas and suggestions proactively
This is not a task-based role — I am looking for someone who can think, contribute, and improve performance over time.
