TikTok Shop & Email Marketing VA (Conversion-Focused)

Primary Focus: TikTok Shop Setup, Management & Klaviyo Optimization

Goal: Launch TikTok Shop and achieve initial traction (target: 4 sales/day), while improving email flows to support conversions.

 

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support the setup, optimization, and daily management of TikTok Shop, alongside improving email marketing performance via Klaviyo.

This role is conversion-focused, not just content-based. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok Shop operations, short-form content, and e-commerce email flows, and can take ownership of execution while collaborating with the client on strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. TikTok Shop Setup & Management (Primary Priority)
  • Set up and fully optimize TikTok Shop (linked to existing TikTok account)
  • Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, visuals)
  • Ensure shop is properly configured (region, logistics alignment with client)
  • Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations

 

  1. TikTok Content & Growth (Conversion-Focused)
  • Plan and manage a weekly TikTok content calendar
  • Create, edit, and publish short-form videos (using CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Suggest content ideas aligned with defined content pillars
  • Repurpose and optimize content for engagement and conversions
  • Track performance and adjust content based on results

 

  1. Influencer Coordination (Light Support)
  • Identify potential creators/influencers for collaboration
  • Support outreach and coordination (client handles fulfillment/shipping)

 

  1. Klaviyo Email Marketing (High Priority)
  • Improve and optimize abandoned cart flow
  • Enhance post-purchase email flows
  • Create and schedule weekly email campaigns
  • Incorporate stronger emotional and brand messaging
  • Increase overall email engagement and conversion rates

 

Success Metrics (Initial Phase)

  • TikTok Shop fully set up and operational
  • Consistent content posting (aligned with strategy)
  • Improved email flows and increased email activity
  • Target Goal: ~4 sales per day within the first month (testing phase)

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with TikTok Shop setup and management
  • Strong understanding of TikTok content that converts
  • Experience with Klaviyo (flows + campaigns)
  • Background in e-commerce marketing
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and propose ideas

 

Work Setup

  • Type: Part-Time (10 hours/week to start)
  • Schedule: Flexible (output-based)

  • SEO and other businesses may be included in future phases, depending on results and budget
