The client is seeking an experienced Technology Content Writer who can create high-quality, research-driven website landing pages and service pages that demonstrate industry expertise, provide value to readers, and support lead generation efforts.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Content Writer with experience creating B2B website content, landing pages, and long-form service pages focused on technology, CRM platforms, digital transformation, AI, automation, and business solutions.

This is not a simple AI-assisted writing role. The ideal candidate must be capable of conducting in-depth research, collaborating directly with the client, organizing complex information into engaging website content, and revising drafts based on detailed feedback.

The successful candidate will help create approximately two (2) website pages per month, each averaging 1,000 words, with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, SEO optimization, and conversion-focused messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Content Research & Strategy

  • Conduct extensive research on technology, CRM systems, digital transformation, customer experience, automation, AI, and industry-specific business challenges.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for stronger positioning.
  • Gather and organize information from multiple credible sources.
  • Develop content angles that align with client goals and target audience needs.

Website & Landing Page Writing

  • Write high-quality website pages and landing pages ranging from 800–1,500 words.
  • Create compelling headlines, subheadings, and calls-to-action.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
  • Produce content that balances technical expertise with marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure content supports lead generation and conversion objectives.

SEO Optimization

  • Perform keyword research when necessary.
  • Incorporate SEO best practices into all written content.
  • Structure pages for readability, user experience, and search engine performance.
  • Optimize content for target keywords without compromising quality.

Collaboration & Revision

  • Work closely with the client to understand project objectives and industry nuances.
  • Participate in content planning discussions as needed.
  • Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently.
  • Refine content through multiple editing rounds until final approval.

Editing & Quality Assurance

  • Proofread and edit all content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Verify factual and technical information before publication.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand voice and positioning.

Required Qualifications

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience writing B2B technology content.
  • Strong portfolio of website pages, landing pages, service pages, or thought leadership articles.
  • Experience writing about CRM platforms, software solutions, SaaS products, digital transformation, automation, AI, manufacturing technology, or related industries.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills.
