🏢 About the Business

We Get Digital is a UK-based digital agency operating for over 16 years, specializing in:

  • WordPress website development
  • SEO-optimized websites
  • Ongoing SEO services for a small portfolio of retained clients

The business is run by a small, close-knit team and values long-term working relationships, consistency, and reliability.

They are also launching a new in-house educational brand called “Visible to Profitable”, which helps women business owners better utilize their websites for visibility and growth.

Primary Role Focus (Main Priority)

  1. SEO Blog Writing & Publishing (Core Responsibility)

This is the most important part of the role.

The VA will support ongoing SEO clients by producing and publishing optimized blog content.

Estimated Volume:

  • Approximately 16 blogs per month
  • Around 1 blog per client per week across multiple clients

Responsibilities Include:

  • Writing SEO-focused blogs using provided topics and guidance
  • Using AI tools (like ChatGPT) as a drafting assistant – but must properly edit, refine, and humanize content
  • Understanding that blogs are written primarily for SEO performance, not just readability
  • Uploading blogs directly into WordPress
  • Formatting blogs properly (headings, spacing, structure)
  • Optimizing blogs using RankMath SEO plugin
  • Adding internal links where relevant
  • Optimizing images:
    • Correct sizing
    • Compression
    • Geotagging where required
  • Removing unnecessary backend code when transferring content
  • Publishing posts according to schedule

The client may provide training and SOPs, but the VA must be detail-oriented and comfortable working inside WordPress

Required Strength: Writing & Language

The client strongly prefers someone with:

  • Strong English writing and editing skills
  • Ability to refine AI-generated drafts into natural, high-quality content
  • Attention to tone, clarity, and structure
  • Ability to follow SEO content instructions carefully

Literary and editing skills are MORE important than technical web development skills.

Secondary Responsibilities

These tasks are flexible and will depend on how efficiently blog work is completed each week.

  1. LinkedIn Marketing (For Agency Growth)
  • Drafting and scheduling LinkedIn posts
  • Repurposing blog content into social posts
  • Light engagement (comments, interactions)
  • Supporting visibility and lead generation
  1. Instagram Support (Light)
  • Repurposing content for Instagram
  • Writing captions
  • Basic posting and engagement

Additional (Occasional) Tasks

  1. Go High Level (GHL) Support – As Needed

For the “Visible to Profitable” program, the VA may assist with:

  • Uploading emails into workflows
  • Formatting email campaigns
  • Updating landing pages
  • Supporting funnel setup tasks

This is not weekly guaranteed work — only when:

  • There is campaign activity, OR
  • Blog tasks are completed early and hours remain

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

✔ Strong in English writing and editing
✔ Detail-oriented and process-driven
✔ Comfortable working in WordPress
✔ Familiar with basic SEO principles
✔ Reliable and consistent (very important)
✔ Comfortable using AI tools responsibly
✔ Able to follow SOPs and training videos
✔ Open to long-term collaboration
✔ Good communicator via WhatsApp and email

Bonus (Not Required but Helpful):

  • Experience with RankMath
  • Familiarity with Go High Level
  • Experience with LinkedIn content marketing

Work Structure & Communication

  • 10 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Weekly Monday check-in (10–11 AM UK time)
  • Communication via WhatsApp
  • End-of-day or end-of-week progress updates expected
