We are looking for a highly skilled Newsletter Writer & Content Specialist with strong writing abilities, familiarity with AI, and preferably a technical or software-related background. This role supports two newsletters, Vibe Coder and AI Lady by drafting weekly newsletters, refining content, and promoting published issues across relevant channels.
The ideal candidate can research, write, edit, and collaborate on high-quality newsletters targeted toward AI-savvy and tech-oriented audiences.
Scope of Work:
1. Newsletter Writing & Editing

Draft two newsletters per week (one for Vibe Coder and one for AI Lady).

Research relevant AI, tech, and software topics.

Convert complex tech concepts (e.g., no-code/AI-assisted app development, software engineering topics) into accessible, engaging content.

Produce a polished first draft using AI tools when helpful, while ensuring a human, high-quality final output.

Incorporate feedback and revise newsletters prior to publication.
2. Publishing & Distribution

Publish newsletters using:

Beehiiv (Vibe Coder)

Substack (AI Lady)

Create and schedule accompanying promotional posts for social platforms.

Repurpose newsletter excerpts for outreach or distribution as needed.
3. Additional Content Tasks

Maintain content calendars.

Assist with posting newsletters to relevant communities or directories.

Suggest new content ideas and research angles.
Qualifications:

Strong background in writing, editing, and long-form content creation.

Ability to understand and explain technology, AI tools, and software workflows.

Experience writing newsletters on Beehiiv or Substack is highly preferred.

Strong research skills and ability to quickly synthesize technical information.

AI-savvy and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT to support content generation.

Direct communicator who collaborates openly and incorporates feedback well.

Shift & Hours:
