The client is an Executive Coach who works with law firms and corporate legal teams. As a one-man operation, he is seeking a proactive VA who can support his business growth by handling LinkedIn content creation and lead generation, as well as managing basic website improvements and analytics.
Responsibilities:

Manage and grow John’s professional presence on LinkedIn.

Create and design engaging content (graphics, carousels, short video edits, blog-style posts) using tools like Canva or other creative platforms.

Repurpose existing content and videos into visually appealing short reels or static posts.

Write post captions aligned with the client’s brand voice and tone.

Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent brand visibility.

Conduct targeted lead research and outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.

Build and maintain a list of potential leads and client contacts aligned with John’s niche (law firms and in-house counsel).

Support engagement by tracking responses, follow-ups, and booked consultations.
