The client is an Executive Coach who works with law firms and corporate legal teams. As a one-man operation, he is seeking a proactive VA who can support his business growth by handling LinkedIn content creation and lead generation, as well as managing basic website improvements and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow John’s professional presence on LinkedIn.

  • Create and design engaging content (graphics, carousels, short video edits, blog-style posts) using tools like Canva or other creative platforms.

  • Repurpose existing content and videos into visually appealing short reels or static posts.

  • Write post captions aligned with the client’s brand voice and tone.

  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent brand visibility.

  • Conduct targeted lead research and outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.

  • Build and maintain a list of potential leads and client contacts aligned with John’s niche (law firms and in-house counsel).

  • Support engagement by tracking responses, follow-ups, and booked consultations.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and professional branding.

  • Experience with lead generation tools (especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design tools.

  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.

  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Start Date: Early November 2025
 Hours: Part-time (10 hours/week to start)
