- VA must NOT reply to comments or messages pretending to be Lou

- VA handles design, posting, and content packaging, not impersonation

Content Requirements
Posting cadence:
- 3 posts per week (approx. 12 per month)

- Press mentions
- “Why Work Ready” educational posts
- “Day in the life” event stories & recap reels (for big events, e.g., March)
Client will:
- Provide raw photos, clips, and event material when needed
- Approve content before posting when necessary
VA will:
- Design graphics
- Edit basic video clips
- Write captions (brand aligned)
- Schedule posts
- Create story flows
- Turn raw materials into polished content
Strategic Deliverable
VA must also create a:
6-month Social Media Communications Plan, including:
- Content themes
- Campaign focus
- Event promotion cycles
- Brand building cadence
- Community-building flow
Engagement Structure
Client prefers:
