  • Has existing content, testimonials, event photos, videos, and press coverage
  • Needs consistent, structured execution rather than strategy from scratch

They are currently:

  • Not generating revenue yet

  • Operating with a very lean team (Lou + 1 partner)

  • VA must NOT reply to comments or messages pretending to be Lou
  • No fake engagement, no ghostwriting of her personal voice
  • VA handles design, posting, and content packaging, not impersonation
  • Authenticity is a core value for her brand

Posting cadence:

  • Ambassador recruitment

  • Program explainer videos
  • Press mentions
  • “Why Work Ready” educational posts
  • “Day in the life” event stories & recap reels (for big events, e.g., March)

Client will:

  • Provide raw photos, clips, and event material when needed
  • Approve content before posting when necessary

VA will:

  • Design graphics
  • Edit basic video clips
  • Write captions (brand aligned)
  • Schedule posts
  • Create story flows
  • Turn raw materials into polished content

Strategic Deliverable

VA must also create a:

6-month Social Media Communications Plan, including:

  • Content themes
  • Campaign focus
  • Event promotion cycles
  • Brand building cadence
  • Community-building flow

 

Engagement Structure
