Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media management and content operations to support brand growth across LinkedIn, Substack, and other digital platforms. This role is execution-focused but requires higher-level thinking, cultural awareness, and the ability to contribute ideas around content strategy, direction, and performance.

The ideal candidate is not just a task-based VA, but someone who understands what performs well on social media (particularly for the U.S. market), can manage content calendars, execute designs in Canva, and support light website updates using existing templates.

Scope of Work:

  • Content & Social Media Management
    • Execute content creation based on provided frameworks, copy, and brand guidelines
    • Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar
    • Support LinkedIn growth primarily through consistent, high-quality content (no heavy manual outreach required)
    • Assist with Substack publishing and growth support (posts, notes, formatting, cadence)
    • Contribute ideas to improve content performance and refine existing frameworks
    • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, audience expectations, and U.S. social media culture
  • Design & Creative Execution
    • Design social media graphics using Canva based on existing templates, brand colors, and grid layout
    • Translate provided content ideas and copy into polished visual assets
  • Website & Platform Support
    • Assist with occasional website updates using Showit, including:
  • Building new landing pages using existing templates
  • Making light edits and updates (no development from scratch)
  • Learn platform-specific nuances quickly if not already experienced
  • Collaboration & Workflow
    • Work asynchronously using Notion for tasks, documentation, and content planning
    • Communicate updates and questions via Notion and voice notes
    • Participate in periodic synchronous check-ins as needed
  • Future Support (Nice to Have)
    • Assist with building or supporting online products such as courses or trainings
    • Exposure to platforms like Kajabi, Maven, or similar course-hosting tools is a plus (not required initially)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and well-performing content
  • Experience managing content calendars and executing content consistently
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with the U.S. market and online business culture
  • Ability to think critically, offer ideas, improve execution and not just follow instructions

    • Experience with website builders (WordPress, Wix, etc.)

Shifts & Hours:

  • Part-time: Starting with the minimum of 10 hours per week; flexible schedule
    • Asynchronous work with occasional check-ins
  • Target Start Date: Ideally within 3–4 weeks (approximately within one month)
