The work here puts the founder in front of the right people on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok with content that looks polished, sounds like her, and goes out on time every week.
It is founded by a transformation coach with nearly two decades in the global music and cultural industries. The visual identity is intentional and warm. The audience is high-performing creatives, entrepreneurs, and founders. The voice is direct, conversational, and grounded in lived experience.
The right person here has strong design instincts, a sharp eye for brand consistency, and the kind of initiative that makes a small team feel bigger than it is. You will notice things that need attention before being told. You will bring your own thinking to the work first and use AI tools to refine it, never the other way around.
Content Production and Publishing
60% OF THE ROLE
- Design carousels, quote posts, and graphic templates in Canva that match the established brand identity
- Use established brand templates where they exist. Bring strong design instinct when creating new ones
- Create funnel-aware content where every piece drives toward a clear next step (link in bio, keyword trigger, or application)
- Repurpose founder content (Reels, scripts, themes) into platform-specific pieces across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok without losing the voice
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn natives) in CapCut, Instagram Edits, or similar
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok on a consistent weekly cadence
- Maintain a 4-week rolling content calendar in Notion that is always visible and current
- Apply rigorous attention to detail across sizing, alignment, colors, capitalization, and typography
LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Generation
20% OF THE ROLE
- Execute connection-first outreach to qualified leads using approved scripts and personalization
- Send a daily target volume of personalized connection requests
- Manage follow-up cadences once connections accept
- Keep the lead tracker current with status, last contact, and next action for every prospect
- Spot patterns in lead behavior and bring proposals for how to adjust the approach
Funnel and Email Support
10% OF THE ROLE
- Build new funnel infrastructure including Stan Store pages, ManyChat flows, and email sequences as new lead magnets and offers launch
- Set up and manage ManyChat automations including DM automations, keyword flows, and comment triggers
- Maintain existing funnels and continuously optimize for conversion
- Format and schedule the monthly newsletter (Mailchimp or Beehiiv) from founder-provided notes
- Monitor funnel performance and report weekly
Initiative and Ownership
CONTINUOUS
- Spot gaps in the content calendar and bring solutions before being asked
- Surface ideas for content angles, repurposing opportunities, and trend hooks
- Flag what is working and what is not, with proposed actions rather than only observations
- Bring your own first draft of every piece of work. Use AI tools as a finishing layer to refine and improve, never as the starting point for ideas
- Take ownership of recurring tasks without weekly reminders

- This is not a paid ads role. Paid ads sit with another resource on the team
- This is not a coaching or strategy role. The founder leads all strategy and brand decisions
- This is not a general admin or scheduling role. The work is content production, visibility, and funnel building
- This is not a junior role. We need someone senior who can execute independently with light oversight
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Three or more years of senior-level social media management for personal brands, coaches, or creative service businesses
- A portfolio that shows real design work in Canva, including carousels, quote posts, and story graphics
- Strong design instincts across composition, hierarchy, typography, white space, and brand consistency
- Short-form video editing proficiency in CapCut, Instagram Edits, or equivalent
- Proven Notion proficiency, including managing databases, content calendars, lead trackers, and structured reporting
- Strong Claude AI proficiency with the ability to use it strategically as a finishing layer
- Experience repurposing founder or executive content into multiple platform-specific pieces while preserving voice and intention
- Comfortable working in an outcome-based weekly reporting cadence (3 outcomes, 3 action steps, Friday wrap, 24-hour escalation protocol)
- A track record of taking initiative, with specific examples of times you spotted an opportunity and acted on it
- Excellent written English with the ability to absorb and match an established brand voice
- Proven independent execution in async environments with light oversight
