Overview:

An entrepreneur with a strong background in enterprise sales, currently managing multiple businesses and consulting engagements. He is seeking a proactive and adaptable Virtual Assistant to support his sales efforts by executing outreach strategies and booking appointments.

This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, comfortable with communication, and open to learning a dynamic, non-traditional sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach through:
    • Cold calling
    • Email campaigns
    • LinkedIn and social media messaging
  • Execute ablended outreach strategy(multi-channel approach)
  • Follow up with leads from campaigns and outreach efforts
  • Book qualified appointments for the client and/or his partners
  • Assist in launching and managing outreach campaigns
  • Work with provided lead lists or help build targeted prospect lists
  • Collaborate with the client in refining outreach strategies
  • Maintain consistent communication and updates via WhatsApp

Scope of Work:

  • Focus on lead engagement and appointment setting
  • Work across multiple industries and campaigns depending on client needs
  • Handle both client-provided leads and self-sourced prospects
  • Support ongoing and evolving sales initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • • Confidence in speaking and engaging with prospects
  • • Experience in:
  • • Sales outreach
  • • Lead generation
  • • Appointment setting

(preferred but not strictly required)

  • • Ability to adapt to different strategies and industries
  • • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • • Organized and consistent in execution

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with multi-channel outreach strategies
  • Bilingual –highly preferred but optional

Work Setup:

  • Hours: with 10–20 hours per week (part-time), with potential to scale to full-time based on performance
  • Schedule: Flexible, aligned with target market business hours (primarily US/Eastern)
  • Engagement: Ongoing, long-term collaboration
  • Communication Tool: WhatsApp (primary)
