Sales & Marketing Design VA (Part-Time / Project-Based)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Design Virtual Assistant to create high-quality visual materials that support our sales and marketing efforts. This includes sales decks, proposals, and marketing assets, as well as occasional website-related design support. The role is best suited for a designer who can execute projects on-demand rather than on a fixed weekly workload.
This role will primarily operate on a freelance / short-term package basis, with the potential to evolve based on workload and fit.
Scope of Work:
- Design sales decks and presentations
- Create proposals and marketing materials
- Produce visual assets for websites and campaigns
- Develop mockups and layouts for web pages
- Collaborate with technical VAs to hand off designs for implementation
- Make updates and revisions based on feedback
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
Qualifications:
- Strong graphic design experience, especially for:
- Sales decks
- Proposals
- Marketing collateral
- Ability to present a portfolio of relevant design work
- Comfortable working independently and on-demand
- Responsive and open to feedback
- Organized and able to manage short bursts of work efficiently
Tools Required:
- Canva (primary tool)
- Figma (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with presentation design best practices
Shifts & Hours:
- Project-based / as-needed
- Typically engaged via 10-hour packages
- Flexible schedule
- Mostly asynchronous work
- Target Start Date
- Same timeline as technical role
Designer skill set:
- Familiar with the platform figma, and able to create unique/templated designs for website pages. Such as About Us, Service Pages, etc.
- The designer would be taking a Google document like this, and turning it into a service page on a_ website here._
Developer skill set:
- Familiar with WordPress CMS, and has experience with Elementor/Avada page builder.
- They would be taking the figma designs created by the designer and bringing those to life, along with publishing other templated content articles (Blog pages, service pages, etc).
