Job Description: Personal Brand & Lead Generation Strategist (Combined Role)
Position Title: Personal Brand & Digital Growth + Lead Generation Virtual Assistant
Engagement Type: Part-Time | Remote | Initial 12–15 Hours per Week
Role Purpose
To strategically build and position the client’s personal brand across digital platforms while
supporting high-quality, relationship-based lead generation for his boutique consultancy. This is
a strategic, research-driven role that requires alignment between content, personal branding,
and outreach messaging, with a focus on founder-led businesses in UK, US, Western Europe,
and GCC markets.
The role combines brand authority, content creation, and selective lead generation to ensure
cohesive messaging and scalable client acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities

Brand Positioning & Content Strategy• Conduct competitor and market research within Gen Z financial education and boutiqueconsultancy space• Refine tone, voice, storytelling, and positioning across personal brand and consultancypillars• Develop content pillars and structured content roadmap• Align messaging with consultancy services and outreach strategy• Produce 3–5 value-driven posts per week for Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and lightLinkedIn support• Script and support short-form video content (basic video editing, carousels, graphics)• Track performance metrics and optimize content direction monthlyDeliverables:• Clear brand positioning strategy• Structured content calendar and posting workflow• Short-form video scripts and design-ready assets

Lead Generation & Relationship Outreach• Refine Ideal Client Profile (ICP) for high-value founder-led businesses (£10M–£50Mrevenue)• Build targeted prospect lists across UK, US, EU, and GCC markets• Conduct high-quality, peer-to-peer outreach via LinkedIn and email• Develop personalized messaging aligned with personal brand positioning• Manage CRM and track prospect responses, follow-ups, and pipeline progress• Assist in scheduling calls and coordinating advisory engagementDeliverables:• Validated prospect list and outreach schedule• Outreach copy aligned with personal brand messaging• Updated CRM tracking reports• Recommendations for outreach optimization
Required Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
• CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or equivalent)

• Understands Gen Z behavior and founder-level business tone
• Flexible for UK collaboration (especially first 1–2 months)

Initial Structure
Phase 1 (First 4–6 Weeks):
• Brand positioning and messaging alignment
• Content foundation creation
• ICP finalization and lead sourcing setup
• CRM recommendation and setup
• Outreach copy development
Hours: 12–15 hours per week (may scale as role evolves)
Goals (6–12 Months)
• Establish authority and credibility in Gen Z and boutique consultancy space
• Generate and nurture high-quality advisory leads
• Prepare foundation for early digital product or consultancy content monetization
• Align all outreach and content with strategic personal brand messaging
