VA Need: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Admin Support)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a financial planning and coaching business with marketing execution and light admin tasks. The role requires 2–3 hours per day aligned with Brisbane working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. LinkedIn Outreach
  • Send connection requests and follow-up messages using provided scripts
  • Maintain consistency in outreach and track engagement
  1. Email Marketing (Mailchimp)
  • Format and schedule fortnightly newsletters
  • Ensure proper layout, links, and overall presentation
  1. Content Support
  • Upload edited videos to social media platforms
  • Create simple thumbnails for videos
  1. Website Management (WordPress)
  • Upload and format blog articles
  • Ensure posts are properly structured and published
  1. Thinkific Support
  • Perform ad hoc tasks such as course updates and minor changes

Requirements:

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and messaging workflows
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp
  • Basic WordPress knowledge (posting blogs)
  • Ability to create simple thumbnails (Canva or similar tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication skills

Working Hours:

  • 2–3 hours daily
  • Must overlap with Brisbane working hours

Rate:

  • $7–$9/hour depending on experience and skill level

 

  • Trial Period: The first one month of the standard three-month contract will serve as the assessment and trial period.
  • Start Date: TBD, dependent on finding the right candidate and coordinating a handover with her current VA.
