Part-Time Video Production & Content Operations Coordinator

Role Overview: This role supports the execution of ongoing content, publishing, and client-related tasks. The position focuses on quality checking deliverables, coordinating updates, and assisting with operational workflows across video, blog, and GTM activities.

Scope of Work:

SMM Support

  • Watch and quality check client YouTube videos
  • Quality check client blogs
  • Handle revision requests from clients and coordinate with the editor
  • Publish YouTube videos across multiple channels
  • Perform light keyword research using VidIQ

Client Support

  • Set up onboarding for new clients (Asana, Notion, etc.)
  • Manage client tickets
  • Assist with internal task delegation

Reporting

  • Generate templated SEO reports using information provided

GTM Support

  • Conduct simple list building

Requirement:

  • Strong English proficiency due to the quality-checking nature of the role
