Role Overview: This role supports the execution of ongoing content, publishing, and client-related tasks. The position focuses on quality checking deliverables, coordinating updates, and assisting with operational workflows across video, blog, and GTM activities.
Scope of Work:
SMM Support
- Watch and quality check client YouTube videos
- Quality check client blogs
- Handle revision requests from clients and coordinate with the editor
- Publish YouTube videos across multiple channels
- Perform light keyword research using VidIQ
Client Support
- Set up onboarding for new clients (Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Manage client tickets
- Assist with internal task delegation
Reporting
- Generate templated SEO reports using information provided
GTM Support
- Conduct simple list building
Requirement:
- Strong English proficiency due to the quality-checking nature of the role
