Outbound Lead Generation & Inbox Management Virtual Assistant
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing outbound acquisition agency specializing in B2B cold email systems and GTM outbound strategies.
The ideal candidate should have experience with cold outreach, prospect research, lead generation, inbox management, and outbound operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B outreach workflows and can work efficiently within existing systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Email Outreach & Lead Generation
- Support outbound cold email campaigns
- Assist with lead generation and prospect research
- Build and maintain prospect databases
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Identify qualified B2B leads aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICP)
- Support outreach campaign execution
- Help optimize targeting and messaging strategies
- Assist with outbound workflow management
Inbox Management
- Monitor and manage outreach inboxes
- Organize incoming responses and conversations
- Flag qualified leads and important replies
- Maintain inbox organization and responsiveness
- Help manage communication flow efficiently
Prospect Research & Data Management
- Build and update contact lists
- Verify prospect information and lead quality
- Organize lead data accurately
- Maintain CRM and outreach systems
Outreach Operations Support
- Support outbound campaign setup and execution
- Follow established outbound systems and workflows
