Role Overview: We are seeking an Operations Partner (not just a basic VA) to help deliver a “white-glove” client experience that is warm, proactive, and seamless. You will be the backbone of our workflow, bringing structure and calm to a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication & Inbox: Manage templated responses, draft replies, and handle proactive follow-ups.
- Project Management (ClickUp): Create and maintain tasks/SOPs, monitor deadlines, and keep project checklists structured and clean.
- Client Deliverables: Organize weekly deliverable folders and track revisions to ensure they meet internal quality checklists.
- Workflow Tracking: Move projects through stages and maintain the master content/project calendar.
- Admin Support: Calendar scheduling and minor proofreading/content editing.
Requirements:
- Excellent English: Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Tech Savvy: Confident working within ClickUp and Google Workspace.
- Detail-Driven: Highly organized with a “keen eye” for structural details and deadlines.
- Client-Conscious: Ability to maintain a warm, professional, and proactive tone in all communications.
- Growth Mindset: Looking for a long-term partner who wants to grow from part-time to full-time.
Shift & Compensation:
- Rate: PHP 250 / hour.
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week (Part-time transitioning to Full-time).
- Schedule: Night Shift. Must be available during PST morning work hours.
- Commitment: Long-term commitment is required.
