Role Overview

The AI-Savvy Operations & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant will support in managing operational workflows, conducting LinkedIn outreach, assisting with CRM management, and helping execute marketing and lead generation initiatives.

This role will combine administrative operations support, lead generation, outreach management, and AI-assisted workflows.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with AI tools, and capable of following SOP-driven processes while gradually growing into a more strategic operational role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. LinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Research and identify potential leads primarily through LinkedIn
  • Manage connection requests and outreach messaging
  • Assist with outreach campaigns for:
    • Speaking engagements
    • Consulting opportunities
    • Career coaching programs
  • Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets or CRM systems
  • Book meetings and appointments with qualified leads
  • Collaborate with Tré’s Executive Reputation Management team to distribute and repurpose content

 

  1. Social Media Content Support
  • Assist with publishing and repurposing content created for LinkedIn
  • Adapt and distribute LinkedIn content to other platforms such as:
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
  • Help maintain Tré‘s professional online presence
  • Schedule posts using scheduling tools
  • Monitor engagement metrics and report insights

 

  1. CRM & Operational Support
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and contacts
  • Manage lead pipelines and outreach tracking
  • Maintain organized records of conversations and prospect progress
  • Assist with managing Tré’s operational workflows
  • Follow documented SOPs for administrative and operational processes

 

  1. AI-Assisted Workflow Execution

The VA will support Tré in implementing AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Using AI tools such as
    • ChatGPT
    • Gemini
  • Executing AI prompt workflows provided by Tré
  • Assisting in implementing AI-driven processes
  • Supporting automation tasks
  • Running prompts and assisting with workflow documentation

Tré  will provide detailed SOPs and prompt libraries for these processes.

 

  1. General Administrative Support
  • Assist with organizing Tre’s business workflows
  • Support operational documentation and SOP management
  • Manage research tasks
  • Assist with task tracking and project coordination
  • Support Tre’s multiple ventures as needed

 

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Lead generation and outreach experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting
  • CRM management experience
  • Excellent written English communication
  • Ability to follow SOPs and structured workflows
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
