Job Description: Marketing & Executive Assistant (10-Hour Trial)

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Marketing and Executive Assistant to handle the execution of our digital presence and administrative outreach. This is a role for a “doer” who excels at following systems, maintaining brand consistency, and professional communication.

All core content and copy will be provided by the owner. Your job is to package, schedule, and execute.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Execution (Instagram focused)
  • Design: Use our Canva Brand Kit and approved templates to design posts, stories, and reel covers based on provided copy. (Note: No “freestyling”—strict adherence to templates is required.)
  • Quality Control: Proofread for typos and ensure all text is readable on mobile.
  • Technical: Export in correct IG sizes and schedule posts using specific hashtags and location tags.
  • Organization: Maintain clean Canva folders and send a weekly “Posted + Scheduled” update.
  1. CRM & Admin Support
  • Data Entry: Input and organize leads within our CRM.
  • Research: Pull specific lists (e.g., property managers under Colliers).
  • Outreach: Conduct follow-up calls to provided lists. (Training will be provided on specific scripts and brand “voice”).

Requirements:

  • Proficient English: Must have excellent written and verbal English skills to manage our audience and conduct calls.
  • Marketing Background: Previous experience in a marketing support role.
  • High Attention to Detail: A “perfectionist” approach to typos, sizing, and following instructions.
  • Canva Proficiency: Comfortable working within established Brand Kits and templates.

Trial Details:

  • Hours: 10 hours per week (Trial Period).
  • Schedule: Preferably two 4-hour shifts (flexible on days).
