About the Company: We are a boutique marketing agency specializing in helping eCommerce businesses grow. We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is a key part of our client support, initially on a part-time basis with the potential to quickly transition to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising Management:

    • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.

    • Serve as a Media Buyer, with a good understanding of setting up and managing paid ad campaigns.

    • Manage Google Ads campaigns

  • Email Marketing & Design:

    • Manage and execute Email Campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo.

    • Conduct ongoing maintenance of client accounts to ensure campaign effectiveness.

    • Utilize provided Canva templates to create compelling graphics for campaigns. A good eye for design is essential.

  • Data & Reporting:

    • Provide regular, detailed weekly reports to clients on campaign performance and key metrics.

  • Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks:

    • Assist with basic invoicing needs.

    • Follow up and chase clients or vendors via email.

    • Handle various ad-hoc and small administrative tasks as required to support the team and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years both with eCommerce and Lead generation, who is actively up to date with the platform.

  • Advanced Google ads experience.

  • Meta is basic knowledge 6 months setting up ads and supporting management.

  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva.
