Marketing Account Manager (Campaign Reporting & Creative Support)
Hours: 15 hours per week (Immediate Start)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Account Manager to support campaign performance tracking, reporting, and client-facing presentation materials.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical with data, confident in marketing metrics, and highly skilled in Canva and presentation deck creation. You will play a key role in translating campaign performance into clear, professional reports and visually compelling decks for internal and client use.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze marketing campaign data across platforms (Meta, Google, email, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, open rates, and engagement metrics
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Provide clear summaries and strategic recommendations based on data
Client Reporting & Communication Support
- Prepare client-ready reports and dashboards
- Translate complex data into simple, digestible insights
- Assist in campaign review meetings with organized reporting materials
Creative & Deck Creation
- Design polished Canva reports and presentation decks
- Create visually engaging slides for strategy presentations, campaign reviews, and proposals
- Ensure branding consistency across all materials
- Improve and modernize existing templates and reporting formats
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
- Experience in campaign reporting (paid ads, email marketing, or multi-channel campaigns)
- Advanced proficiency in Canva
- Strong presentation and deck-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to interpret numbers and extract actionable insights
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized and deadline-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
- Experience working with marketing agencies or multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Notion, etc.)
