Role Overview
The LinkedIn Outreach & Marketing VA will be responsible for managing end-to-end lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, following structured outreach system (Marc’s methodology).
- LinkedIn Outreach and Lead Generation
- Conduct targeted lead searches on LinkedIn Sales Navigator using defined filters and keywords (e.g., “entrepreneur,” “business leader,” “HR/training manager,” etc.) across English-speaking countries (UK, US, Canada, Australia).
- Follow client’s SOP step-by-step for lead searching, list creation, sorting, and outreach:
- Exclude previously interacted or saved leads.
- Prioritize active users
- Save leads in organized lists
- Send 300–350 outreach messages daily using approved message templates and subject lines.
- Track and categorize outreach methods
- Maintain accurate records of daily message counts and responses.
- Exclude previously interacted or saved leads.
- Ensure leads align with the correct audience (no mismatched professions).
- Log and track all outreach results, responses, and follow-ups.
- Provide an End-of-Day Report (EOD) summarizing actions, counts, and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
- Strong written English communication skills
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator and LinkedIn messaging best practices
Work Hours and Schedule
- 10–20 hours per week to start
- Flexible hours (UK time zone preferred)
- Potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs
