Role Overview
This VA will support Natalie’s business growth through organic LinkedIn outreach, relationship-based engagement, lead tracking, and email campaign execution using Squarespace. This role is focused on quality conversations and consistent follow-up rather than high-volume messaging.
Key Responsibilities
A. LinkedIn Management & Lead Generation
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests organically
- Engage with 10–15 targeted LinkedIn profiles through:
- Thoughtful comments
- Post reactions
- Light, non-intrusive outreach
- Support outreach goals such as:
- Booking appointments with Natalie
- Driving traffic to selected pages (as needed)
- Conduct basic lead research and list refinement
- Maintain and update lead trackers / CRM notes
- Engage with senior-level decision makers, including Senior Customer Directors
B. Email Campaigns & Sales / Marketing Support (Squarespace)
- Build or update email campaigns after content approval
- Schedule and quality-check (QA) emails inside Squarespace
- Create 1–2 Canva assets per campaign for:
- Emails
- Sales or marketing support
- Clean and segment email lists in smaller, organized batches
- Support sales and marketing execution tasks
- Collaborate with Natalie on improving:
- Campaign flow
- Sales and marketing content execution

- LinkedIn (organic outreach; Sales Navigator optional)
- Squarespace (Email Campaigns & Database Management)
- Canva
- Google Sheets / CRM tools
Ideal VA Profile
- Strong written English and professional online communication
- Proven experience in organic LinkedIn outreach
- Comfortable working with Squarespace email campaigns
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
- Collaborative working style
- Background in sales or marketing support is a strong plus
