Role Overview:
We are a LinkedIn-focused agency looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and light LinkedIn content design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, prospect qualification, and working behind the scenes to support growth initiatives on LinkedIn.
This is a part-time role to start, with potential to expand responsibilities and hours over time as the business grows. The founder has not worked with a VA before and will provide clear instructions, documentation, and Loom walkthroughs to ensure success.
Scope of Work:
- LinkedIn Lead Generation (Primary Responsibility)
- Build and qualify prospect lists based on clearly defined criteria
- Source prospects using platforms such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Other approved lead sourcing platforms
- Qualify prospects according to provided parameters
- Add qualified prospects to the lead generation software (Extrovert)
- Task only requires adding the LinkedIn profile URL
- Volume:
- Approximately 100 qualified prospects every 2–3 weeks
- LinkedIn Engagement-Based Prospecting
- Identify LinkedIn creators in the same niche (LinkedIn growth, content, client acquisition)
- Review engagement (comments) on competitor/peer posts
- Extract LinkedIn profile URLs of commenters only (not the content creator)
- Add these profiles to a separate Extrovert campaign for connection requests
- Volume:
- Approximately 100 profiles per week
- Viral / Outlier LinkedIn Post Research
- Identify LinkedIn posts that have gone “viral” relative to the creator’s audience size
- Focus specifically on creators with 12,000 followers or fewer
- Confirm that the post is an outlier compared to their usual engagement
- Log findings into a Notion database, including:
- Creator name
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Post URL
- Date of posting
- Volume:
- 10–20 posts per week
- LinkedIn Graphic Design (Secondary Responsibility)
- Design simple LinkedIn graphics using provided brand guidelines and templates
- Founder will supply examples and a branding guide
- Tools may include Canva or Figma (designer’s preference)
- Volume:
- 1–2 graphics per week (maximum)
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear instructions
- Comfortable navigating LinkedIn and reviewing profiles and engagement
- Experience with lead generation or LinkedIn research is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with task delivery
- Good written comprehension of English

- Canva or Figma (for simple graphic design)
- LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Access can be provided if needed
Shifts & Hours:
- Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week; flexible schedule
- Target Start Date: Ideally within 1–2 weeks
- Earlier start is welcome if available
