LinkedIn Executive Assistant & Content Coordinator

Role Overview

Seeking a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The primary focus of this role is managing LinkedIn connections, email follow-ups, and blog content updates, with potential to expand into creative support in the future. This VA will ensure smooth execution of repeatable systems and assist in streamlining daily processes.

Scope of Work

Core Responsibilities

  1. LinkedIn Management & Outreach
    • Log in as the client on LinkedIn to send connection requests based on target lists.
    • Track accepted connections daily.
    • Collaborate with the client to send personalized emails using pre-approved templates.
    • Maintain a log of sent emails and follow-ups according to a defined cadence.
  2. Email Management
    • Send initial and follow-up emails to LinkedIn connections.
    • Record dates of sent emails and track responses.
    • Ensure all communications adhere to the client’s tone and style.
  3. Blog & Content Posting
    • Copy and paste weekly content from Forbes or other sources to the client’s blog.
    • Schedule and ensure blog posts go live every Friday at 12:00 PM.
    • Follow training videos and guidelines to maintain accuracy and consistency.

Future / Optional Responsibilities

  • Creative content support such as Canva design, graphics, and simple video editing.
  • Scheduling posts or assisting with social media management.
  • Other administrative tasks as the client’s workflow expands.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • LinkedIn Proficiency: Good experience navigating LinkedIn, managing connections, and understanding workflow efficiencies.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills; must be clear, professional, and accurate.
  • Organization: Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain logs, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Workspace, email systems, and basic content management.
  • Optional (Future Scope): Canva, CapCut, basic social media scheduling.

Workload & Hours

  • Initial workload: ~5 hours/week (scalable to 10 hours/week after the first month based on performance).
  • Flexible hours; must include at least one overlapping video call per week with the client (preferably within Eastern Time, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM ET).

Training & Onboarding

  • Client will provide training videos and documentation for all repeatable tasks.
  • VA is expected to follow guidelines precisely and maintain consistency across tasks.

Expectations

  • Provide end-of-day reports detailing completed tasks.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to identify potential improvements to workflow.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible mindset to grow with the client’s needs, with the potential to take on creative and operational responsibilities over time.

Additional Notes

  • Client prefers candidates with prior experience working with LinkedIn tasks and excellent language proficiency.
  • Focus is on quality, communication, and reliability; future expansion into creative tasks is optional.
