Role Overview:

We are a fast-growing LinkedIn ghostwriting agency supporting high-performing founders and executives in building authority and visibility on LinkedIn. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented, brand-sensitive LinkedIn Engagement Virtual Assistant to manage daily engagement across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate understands LinkedIn culture, can write thoughtful, natural comments that align with brand voice, and knows how to engage without sounding generic or AI-generated.

This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential to grow in hours, responsibilities, and compensation as the business scales.

Scope of Work:

Primary Responsibilities (Immediate Focus)

  • Post approximately 60 thoughtful, high-quality comments per day (across two primary client accounts)
  • Engage daily with a curated list of ~30 target accounts per client
  • Be among the first comments on key posts when strategically important
  • Reply to comments on scheduled posts (posted at ~6:15 AM MST)
  • Maintain engagement checklists using a structured tracking document
  • Ensure all engagement aligns precisely with each client’s documented brand voice
  • Avoid spammy, generic, or overly AI-sounding comments

Future Growth Opportunities (Potential Expansion)

  • Scheduling weekly LinkedIn content from Google Docs
  • Light content publishing management
  • Additional account engagement as new clients are onboarded

Qualifications:

  • Strong written English skills (clear, natural, conversational tone)
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn platform culture and engagement norms
  • Ability to match and adapt to different brand voices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High discernment for avoiding generic or “AI-sounding” comments
  • Reliable and consistent with daily execution
  • Background in writing, copywriting, or social media engagement is a plus
  • Experience managing or supporting LinkedIn accounts
  • Familiarity with professional personal branding

Tools Required:

  • LinkedIn (proficient user)

  • Grammarly or similar proofreading tools (recommended)
  • Optional: Familiarity with Notion, Monday, or Slack
  • WhatsApp (primary communication channel)
  • Use of AI tools is allowed however, all output must be reviewed, refined, and humanized before posting.

Shifts & Hours:

  • Part-Time: Starting with 10–15 hours per week to start
    • Primarily Monday–Friday
    • Light weekend check-ins (approx. 30 minutes Saturday + 30 minutes Sunday for prep)
    • Must be available during 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (Denver, USA) for peak engagement
  • Flexibility is required to align with posting times and engagement windows.
  • Target Start Date: ASAP
    • Ideal hiring timeline: within 1–2 weeks
    • Long-term commitment preferred
