Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English (professional-level writing is essential)
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to write clear, professional, and personalized emails
- High level of organization and reliability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness (asynchronous is fine)
- Experience with lead generation, outreach, or marketing support
- Familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheet-based lead tracking

- Excel (basic to intermediate)
- CRM tools (experience with platforms like Moxie is a plus but not required)
- Email tools and templates (experience welcome; training provided as needed)
- General web research tools (LinkedIn, company websites, industry news)
Current processes are largely manual, and openness to learning or recommending tools is encouraged.
Shifts & Hours:
- Hours: Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week; flexible and asynchronous shift
- Work may expand in the future as the business grows
- Most tasks are not time-sensitive at this stage
