Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help scale our B2B sales efforts. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with founders and decision-makers at direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands who could benefit from our platform.
You will work closely with our founding team to build and execute outbound lead generation systems via LinkedIn and cold email. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys experimentation, system-building, and helping an early-stage product get in front of the right audience.
About the Company:
– is a two-sided marketplace and mobile app that turns advertising and market research into a game. Consumers earn money for watching brand videos and answering short survey questions, while brands receive real-time, incentivized feedback on their creative, messaging, and products.
We currently have:
  • 8,500 users (with ~8,000 on the waitlist)
  • 25 brands already on the platform
  • Strong early traction with founders of DTC brands through manual LinkedIn outreach
Our goal now is to scale this traction through repeatable outbound systems.
Scope of Work:
The Lead Generation VA will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and researching B2B leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (primarily DTC founders and brand operators)
  • Executing outbound campaigns via:
  • LinkedIn (connection requests, follow-ups, conversations)
  • Cold email (including helping set up and warm email infrastructure, if applicable)
  • Using existing scripts and messaging, while also suggesting improvements or variations
  • Sparking interest and booking qualified meetings for the founding team
  • Helping define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on outreach results
  • Creating and maintaining a lead tracking system (initially via Google Sheets)
  • Tracking outreach activity, responses, and meeting outcomes
  • Collaborating with the team to test what channels and messages work best
Success in This Role Looks Like:

  • Increasing number of qualified conversations and booked meetings
  • Clear visibility into lead status and outreach performance
  • Continuous improvement of messaging and systems over time
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experienced in B2B lead generation and outbound sales (LinkedIn and/or cold email)
  • Comfortable working with early-stage startups and evolving processes
  • Open-minded, creative, and willing to experiment
  • Proactive and capable of setting up systems, not just following scripts
  • Strong written communicator in English
  • Organized and detail-oriented, especially with tracking and reporting
  • Able to understand the “why” behind the product and communicate its value clearly
  • Personality fit matters – we value people who are collaborative, curious, and adaptable.
Tools & Systems:
  • LinkedIn (Sales Navigator experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Email outreach tools (experience with setup and warming is a plus)
  • Google Sheets (initial CRM / lead tracker)
  • Willingness to learn or recommend simple CRM or outreach tools as needed
  • We currently do not have a formal CRM in place and are open to suggestions.
Shifts & Hours:
  • Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week; flexible shift
    • Potential to scale: 15–20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 30 hours/week based on performance and results
    • Must be willing to attend occasional meetings overlapping US Eastern Time (typically US morning / your evening or early morning)
  • Target Start Date:
    • Flexible / ASAP, following candidate shortlisting and interviews
    • Not an urgent hire, priority is finding the right fit
