Role Overview
This VA will focus exclusively on lead generation and outreach, primarily via LinkedIn, supporting three business goals:

  1. Arch Profile (B2B assessment platform)

  2. Coaching & 360-degree debrief clients

  3. Keynote speaking opportunities

Core Responsibilities
Lead Research & Targeting

  • Research leads by:

    • Industry

    • Role/title

    • Company type

  • Segment outreach based on client-provided criteria

LinkedIn Outreach & Nurturing

  • Execute outreach using:

    • LinkedIn

    • Sales Navigator

  • Customize messaging based on:

    • Industry

    • Campaign goal (assessments, coaching, keynote)

  • Use existing scripts/templates (with optimization suggestions)

  • Track responses and follow-ups

CRM & Funnel Support

  • Manage lead tracking in GoHighLevel

  • Support email workflows for:

    • Existing clients

    • Non-converted leads

  • Work with existing email lists (~20,000 business contacts)

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation

  • Familiar with Sales Navigator

  • CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)

  • Strong written communication

  • Comfortable working with metrics, tracking, and timelines

Important Client Notes

  • Wide industry scope, segmented per campaign

  • Automated outreach tools may or may not be used

  • Performance will be reviewed within 1–2 months for quality and revenue generating output

Hours & Rate

  • Estimated Hours: 10 hours per week
