Project Overview

I am looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify key decision-makers within specific industries on the West Coast (USA) and initiate outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The goal is to build a high-quality prospect list and start meaningful conversations with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Targeted Research: Create a comprehensive list of top Credit Unions, Insurance Companies, and Department of Retirement Systems in specified West Coast states.
  • Data Sourcing: For each entity, identify relevant decision-maker names, professional titles, and verified email addresses.
  • Lead Management: Organize all data in a clean spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) for easy tracking.
  • Outreach Execution: * Utilize provided LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and filter prospects.
    • Draft and send personalized initial outreach messages based on provided scripts/titles.
    • Manage initial replies and flag “hot” leads for follow-up.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B lead generation and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Tools: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email verification tools (e.g., Apollo, http://Hunter.io , or RocketReach).
  • Communication: Strong written English skills with the ability to personalize messages so they don’t feel like “spam.”
  • Location Focus: Familiarity with the US West Coast corporate landscape is a plus.
