Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support the launch, marketing, and lead generation of a newly developed 22-module sales training course hosted on Kajabi.

The VA will work closely with the client to assemble marketing and funnel components, drive lead generation (primarily via LinkedIn), and support course-related operations, allowing the client to stay focused on high-level sales conversations, speaking engagements, and strategic growth.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Course Platform & Launch Support (Kajabi)
  • Assist in organizing, reviewing, and managing the 22-module course hosted on Kajabi
  • Support with:
    • Course structure review
    • Uploading or organizing materials (modules, handouts, supporting assets)
    • Access settings (time-bound access vs longer-term access, as decided by client)
  • Coordinate updates between Kajabi and the main website once launch is finalized
  • Ensure the course is launch-ready and user-friendly before promotion

Note: The course content already exists. This role is about organization, setup support, and coordination.

 

  1. Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
  • Execute LinkedIn-based lead generation targeting:
    • Individual sales professionals in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
    • Senior decision-makers (VP of Sales, VP of Merchandising, Category Heads, etc.)
    • Manage and execute outreach campaigns using client’s account
    • Send connection requests and follow-up messages to potential leads, following the established system (aligned with Marc’s methodology).
    • Aim for ~ 6000 messages per month (300-350 messages per day).
    • Ensure timely, professional, and personalized responses to inquiries.
  • Research and identify qualified leads within Retail, Supermarkers, Mass Merchandisers
  • Drive leads to:
    • Course sales page
    • Booked calls with the client (for enterprise / company-level sales)
  1. Marketing Support & Funnel Coordination
  • Assist in implementing and managing marketing assets such as:
    • Email campaigns (using existing email list of ~1,000 contacts)
    • LinkedIn content coordination (supporting the client’s own posting efforts)
    • Promotional messaging tied to course launch
  • Support a 6-month test phase, tracking:
    • Engagement
    • Lead quality
    • Conversion patterns
  • Help coordinate or prepare assets for:
    • Course launch announcements
    • Lead magnets (if applicable)
    • Webinar / group session promotions (e.g., “Brunch with Buck” concept, if expanded)

Strategy direction may come from the client or VCP, but the VA is expected to execute consistently and provide feedback/data.

 

  1. Sales Support & Handoff
  • Nurture leads up to:
    • Course purchase, or
    • Booking a call with the client
  • Clearly document lead interactions and status
  • Seamlessly hand off qualified leads to the client for final sales conversations
  • Focus on enterprise / company sales handoff, where the client prefers direct involvement

 

  1. Reporting & Organization
  • Maintain clean documentation of:
    • Outreach efforts
    • Responses
    • Booked calls
    • Sales-related outcomes
  • Provide weekly progress updates
  • Track what’s working and what needs adjustment during the test phase

 

Tools & Platforms

  • Kajabi (or similar course platforms experience required)
  • LinkedIn (advanced understanding for outreach and engagement)
  • Email marketing platforms (client currently uses BombBomb)
  • Zoom
  • Google Workspace
  • CRM or tracking sheets (as assigned)

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation
  • Strong research skills (B2B, sales, retail, CPG industries)
  • Experience supporting online course launches
  • Familiarity with Kajabi or comparable platforms
  • Excellent written English and professional communication
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable
  • Comfortable working with senior-level executives and decision-makers

 

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience in sales funnels or digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or speakers
  • Understanding of retail or consumer packaged goods industries

 

Work Schedule & Hours

  • Initial commitment: ~4 hours per day, 20 hours per week
  • Time zone: Preferably aligned with US Central Time
  • Opportunity to increase hours as the project scales
