Key Responsibilities
Journal Design & Editing (Canva)
- Review existing journal draft and complete unfinished sections in Canva.
- Format and refine layouts, fonts, and page consistency across all journal sections.
- Insert and edit written prompts, blurbs, and design elements provided by the client.
- Collaborate with the client for revisions and creative feedback.
- Ensure the journal design is print-ready for final supplier production.
Social Media Support
- Edit short-form “talking videos” for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Add captions, trim, and enhance clarity for smooth storytelling.
- Schedule and post content consistently on TikTok and Instagram.
- Create simple quote graphics or carousel posts inspired by journal themes
- Maintain brand tone and consistency across both personal and brand pages.
- Suggest ideas for content repurposing or trends while aligning with the client’s relaxed, authentic style.
Supplier & Admin Coordination (Minimal)
- Occasionally assist with light supplier follow-ups (e.g., checking sample updates or confirming messages).
- Track small admin tasks related to journal production as needed.
Tools & Platforms
- Design: Canva
- Scheduling / Management: Metricool (optional), ClickUp (optional)
- Communication: WhatsApp (primary)
- File Sharing: Google Drive
Preferred Skills & Qualities
- Proficiency in Canva (required)
- Video editing experience for TikTok / Reels (basic to intermediate)
- Creative eye for layout, color, and typography
- Clear communication and responsiveness via WhatsApp
- Proactive mindset — able to make suggestions and take initiative
- Organized and reliable with task updates and deliverables
- Experience with e-commerce or journal / product design is a plus
Work Schedule & Arrangement
- Part-time: 10 hours/week minimum
- Flexible schedule, deliverable-based
- Communication via WhatsApp for quick coordination
- Reports or updates to be sent regularly (end-of-day or end-of-week basis)
