Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the overall management of GoHighLevel, including automation, workflows, funnels, and light marketing support. This role may also include website updates (Hostinger) and occasional assistance with marketing systems.
This is a flexible, deadline-driven position ideal for someone experienced in CRM systems, funnel builds, and marketing automation.
Scope of Work:
- GoHighLevel Responsibilities
- Build and manage workflows & automations
- Create and optimize sales funnels
- Landing page creation and edits
- Form and survey setup
- Calendar setup and appointment automation
- Pipeline setup and CRM management
- Email/SMS campaign setup
- Trigger configuration and tagging
- Basic reporting & performance monitoring
- Website Support
- Website edits and updates via Hostinger
- Landing page creation if needed outside GoHighLevel
- Marketing & Lead Support
- Assist with funnel optimization
- Integrate lead generation tools (including Seamless.ai)
- Data imports and contact list management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (automation, workflows, funnels)
- Experience building funnels end-to-end
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign tracking
- Experience with Hostinger
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
- Understanding of lead generation tools (Best Sales Lead Software | Seamless.AI preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline-driven and self-managed
- Excellent written English communication

Shifts & Hours:
- Starting at the minimum of 10 hours per week; flexible schedule (deadline-based)
- Client timezone: EST (for reference only, no strict overlap required)
- Potential to increase hours based on performance and needs
