General Virtual Assistant to manage her diverse business operations. The ideal candidate will be an all-around executor, freeing up time for high-level work like advising female founders on fundraising and business exits.

This role requires a proactive and experienced professional with strong administrative, technical, and research skills, capable of handling a varied workload with autonomy.

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Executive & Calendar Management:
    • Full diary/calendar management, including scheduling, rescheduling appointments, and handling all related correspondence using tools like Calendly.
  • Communication Management (Email & LinkedIn):
    • Email Management: Scanning and replying to emails, prioritizing urgent communication.
    • LinkedIn Management: Scanning and responding to a high volume of direct messages (DMs) and engagement requests.
  • Administrative & Financial Support:
    • Manage invoices and expenses, preparing all necessary documentation for the accountant.
    • Perform detailed research on specific topics for business development, such as identifying and compiling lists of relevant VC investors (e.g., in HealthTech in the UK).
  • Digital Operations & Marketing Support:
    • Social Media Posting: Scheduling and posting pre-written content (provided by a content writer) daily (7 days a week) on LinkedIn.
    • Engagement: Monitoring and managing comments/engagement on LinkedIn posts.
    • CRM & Campaigns: Managing Zoho CRM and running email and LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Funnel Building: Building and maintaining marketing funnels (a requirement).
    • Website Maintenance: Making regular content updates to the WordPress website (no coding required).
    • AI Integration: Willingness to learn and integrate new AI tools for improved efficiency (basic knowledge of AI tools is acceptable, with a commitment to continuous learning).

Candidate Profile & Requirements

 

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or all-around Virtual Assistant.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in:
    • Calendar/Email: (e.g., Outlook, Gmail)
    • CRM: Zoho (and a willingness to learn new AI-integrated CRM/tools).
    • CMS: WordPress for website updates.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, capable of meeting deadlines, and comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Gender Preference: Female candidate preferred.

Contract Details

  • Location/Schedule: Fully remote. Schedule is flexible, but the VA should be available during a specific window (to be agreed upon, e.g., 9 AM – 12 PM) for urgent matters.
  • Time Commitment: Starting at 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 20 hours per week based on business needs and performance.
  • Start Date: Targeting early December (estimated December 3rd).
