Overview
A boutique digital marketing consultancy is seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support its growing client base and internal business development efforts. The company is in a phase of expansion and expects increased workload in early 2025 (target start: January–February).
The VA will primarily focus on lead generation and outreach, with potential to expand into broader digital marketing execution, Google Ads support, content writing, social media management, and general marketing tasks, depending on workload and skill fit.
The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and skilled in various digital marketing tools, able to support a growing consultancy with evolving needs.
Scope of Work
- Lead Generation & Outreach (Primary & Immediate Need)
- Conduct prospect research and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage outreach campaigns, primarily via LinkedIn (email outreach may develop in the future).
- Organize, maintain, and update lead databases using Google Workspace.
- Track outreach performance and report results regularly.
- Support general business development activities as needed.
2. General Virtual Assistant (Potential/Secondary Need)
- Google Ads & Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with Google Ads account monitoring, optimizations, and data reviews.
- Basic digital marketing execution (SEO, analytics checks, ad updates, etc.).
- Support client-facing marketing tasks when workloads increase.
- Content Writing
- Assist with English-language content: blogs, long-form content, or written marketing collateral.
- Edit/proofread content when needed.
- (Optional future work) Support digital or online publication projects starting mid-2025.
- Social Media Management
- Create simple graphics and short-form posts (primarily for internal brand and occasional client work).
- Schedule posts on Meta platforms.
- Assist with community engagement when required.
- Administrative Support
- Light project coordination with the internal team.
- Assist in organizing data, files, and communication workflows.
- Support internal business processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation, outreach, and basic sales prospecting.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- High attention to detail and organizational capability.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other ad platforms.
- WordPress familiarity (basic editing, updating, posting).
- Experience in content writing or editing.
- Graphic design abilities for simple social media posts.
- Social media management (Meta Suite, scheduling tools).
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and general digital marketing practices.
- LinkedIn outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
- Editorial or publishing experience (for a potential future project).

Shifts & Hours:
- Starting with minimum of 10 hours per week to start (may increase as workload expands); flexible schedule
- With occasional overlap with the client’s hours preferred but not required. (for meetings / specific projects.)
