The client is a US-based entrepreneur currently focused on building a real estate investing business specializing in:

  • Tax liens
  • Tax deeds
  • Land investing
  • Wholesaling vacant land
  • Property acquisition research
  • Seller outreach

The client also owns a secondary health and wellness business and may require occasional social media support for that business.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable supporting a growing business where systems and processes continue to evolve.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate investment business.

The VA will primarily assist with:

  • Property research
  • Lead generation
  • Seller outreach
  • Appointment setting
  • Market analysis
  • Administrative support

Additionally, the VA will provide light social media management support for the client’s health and wellness business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, lead generation, relationship-building, and working directly with an entrepreneur in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Real Estate Research & Due Diligence

Research potential investment opportunities including:

  • Tax lien properties
  • Tax deed properties
  • Vacant land opportunities
  • County auctions and foreclosure sales
  • Property ownership information
  • Public records
  • Property history
  • Liens and encumbrances
  • Market value assessments

Monitor county websites and public records for upcoming opportunities.

Compile and maintain organized property databases and tracking sheets.

Assist with evaluating potential deals based on client criteria.

Lead Generation

Build and maintain targeted lists of:

  • Property owners
  • Vacant land owners
  • Motivated sellers
  • Potential buyers
  • Investors

Identify potential acquisition opportunities through online research.

Maintain accurate lead records and contact information.

Update CRM or tracking systems as needed.

Cold Calling & Appointment Setting

Contact property owners and potential sellers.

Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls.

Follow scripts and outreach processes.

Schedule appointments and discovery calls for the client.

Maintain follow-up schedules.

Track outreach activity and conversion metrics.

Provide detailed call notes and updates.

Administrative Support

Maintain databases and spreadsheets.

Organize research findings and property information.

Assist with data entry and reporting.

Help create and improve workflows and systems.

Provide general virtual assistance as required.

Secondary Responsibilities

Social Media Management (Health & Wellness Business)

Support the client’s Instagram-focused health and wellness brand.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Content scheduling
  • Post creation
  • Graphic creation using Canva
  • Reels editing
  • Caption drafting
  • Content repurposing
  • Hashtag research
  • Content calendar management
  • Engagement support

Help establish a more consistent visual brand and content strategy.

Provide recommendations for improving engagement and audience growth.
