General Admin / Operations Role

This role is extremely important for you because you currently operate across:

  • multiple clients
  • multiple projects
  • reporting
  • coordination
  • documentation
  • contractors

You need someone who creates operational order around you.

  1. Software Experience

Required familiarity with tools such as:

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Freshbooks
  • Notion
  • Calendly or calendar management
  • Basic CRM systems

Nice to have:

  • Klaviyo
  • Shopify
  • GoHighLevel

They don’t need deep technical expertise — they just need to organise workflows efficiently.

  1. Responsibilities

Typical tasks will include:

  • Organising meeting notes and action points
  • Maintaining project trackers
  • Creating reports and dashboards
  • Managing calendars and scheduling
  • Assisting with documentation and SOP creation
  • Light research tasks
  • Helping coordinate contractors and freelancers
  • Supporting operational systems across marketing projects

The goal of this role is to remove operational load so I can focus on strategy and growth.

  1. Hours Per Week

Initially:

10–20 hours per week

Potential to increase as systems improve and workload grows.

  1. Working Hours / Time Zone

Ideally:

  • 3–5 hours overlap with UK working hours

Responsiveness during working hours is helpful, particularly for scheduling and project coordination.
