- Software Experience
Required familiarity with tools such as:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Freshbooks
- Notion
- Calendly or calendar management
- Basic CRM systems
Nice to have:
- Klaviyo
- Shopify
- GoHighLevel
They don’t need deep technical expertise — they just need to organise workflows efficiently.
- Responsibilities
Typical tasks will include:
- Organising meeting notes and action points
- Maintaining project trackers
- Creating reports and dashboards
- Managing calendars and scheduling
- Assisting with documentation and SOP creation
- Light research tasks
- Helping coordinate contractors and freelancers
- Supporting operational systems across marketing projects
The goal of this role is to remove operational load so I can focus on strategy and growth.
- Hours Per Week
Initially:
10–20 hours per week
Potential to increase as systems improve and workload grows.
- Working Hours / Time Zone
Ideally:
- 3–5 hours overlap with UK working hours
Responsiveness during working hours is helpful, particularly for scheduling and project coordination.
