Technical Stack requirements
- Agentic Development Stack (Replit, Lovable, Github co-pilot & other)
- Proficient or familiar with most listed technologies, including
- Next.js, React, HTML, CSS, Tailwind
- Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript,
- AWS, Vercel, NGNX, Cloudflare, Docker, Pinecone, Mongo
- SEO, Statick apps, Single-page Apps
You’ll build both client and server-side applications that meet our high standards of performance and user experience.
Role Overview
You’ll be hands-on with coding while setting the stage and help scale value our product delivers to existing & new customers
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
- Design and implement maintainable software architectures from MVP to production-grade readiness.
- Demonstrate ability to adapt and consider various architecture patterns such as reasoning-centric architectures, mono repo, microservices, serverless and others
- Ensure efficient and stable MVP with minimal maintenance costs and maximum value to customers
- Data and Machine Learning: LLM prompt engineering, vector databases, and other AI technologies to a high level for AI-centric startups and software.
- Cloud and Networking Solutions: Manage and optimise cloud environments with Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare, Reverse proxy , NGNX
- Documentation: Ensure the required level of process and software documentation i.e “Clean code”, documentation etc.
Technical Skills
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with Next.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS, Python, Cloudflare, NGINX, Vercel, and Docker is essential.
- Experience with AI : Strong background in developing applications using AI technologies, especially LLMs and proprietary AI models and deployment of ML models.
- Proven Green-fields & MVPs Software: developing efficient, fast and cost-effective software architectures, particularly in fast-changing new feature setting
- Prevention of Breakages and Bugs at a lean startup Environment
Soft Skills
- Client-facing: The person hired would also interact with clients during some of the onboarding and, as the team grows, train new members in engineering and other related roles.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle unforeseen challenges using a logical and effective approach.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience as well as sharing candid feedback with colleagues and team members
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires agility and the ability to pivot quickly. Happy to learn on the job
