We are looking for a highly skilled LinkedIn Brand & Content Manager to take full ownership of building and growing its brand presence on LinkedIn.
This VA will be responsible for defining the content strategy, creating the content, and executing a consistent posting cadence that increases client’s visibility with:
- Channel partners
- Technology decision-makers
- Businesses evaluating cloud telephony and unified communications platforms
This is a strategic + execution role — not just posting content, but deciding what should be posted, when, and why.
Primary Objectives
The VA will:
- Establish teh client as a credible, visible, and trusted brand on LinkedIn
- Increase brand awareness within the UCaaS and telecom ecosystem
- Support sales conversations by ensuring prospects who look up VOXXA see an active, professional, insightful brand presence
- Lay the groundwork for future lead generation campaigns
Core Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Brand Strategy & Cadence
- Define client’s LinkedIn content strategy and posting rhythm
- Determine:
- What types of content to publish
- How often to post
- How to balance brand, industry, and product content
- Build a rolling monthly content calendar
- Content Creation
Create and publish high-quality B2B tech content, including:
- LinkedIn posts
- Industry commentary and thought leadership
- Short blog-style posts
- Carousel posts
- Graphics
- Short-form video or AI-assisted clips (where appropriate)
Content should be:
- Relevant to UCaaS, telecom, cloud communications, partners, and customers
- Educational, insightful, and brand-building
- Not salesy or spammy
- Content Curation
- Find and share relevant:
- Industry news
- Partner content
- UCaaS trends
- Technology insights
- Add client-branded commentary to increase authority and visibility
- Brand Asset Use & Enhancement
- Use client’s:
- Website
- Logos
- Brand assets
- Marketing materials
- Identify where additional assets are needed and request or create them
- Publishing & Optimization
- Schedule and post all content
- Optimize posts for:
- Engagement
- Reach
- B2B LinkedIn audiences
- Track basic performance and suggest improvements
Required Skills
The ideal VA must have:
LinkedIn & B2B Marketing
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn for B2B brands
- Experience with content cadence and growth strategies
Content Creation
- Writing for business and technology audiences
- Basic graphic design (Canva)
- Short-form video editing (CapCut or similar)
Strategic Thinking
- Ability to propose content ideas
- Understand what builds brand vs. what feels spammy
- Work independently with minimal hand-holding
Tools (or willingness to use)
- Canva
- CapCut or similar
- LinkedIn scheduling tools
Working Setup
- Hours: Starting at 10 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible, aligned with UK business hours when needed
- Engagement Type: Long-term (3-month minimum, replaceable if not a fit)
