  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with content pillars
  • Create branded graphics (quotes, affirmations, tarot content)
  • Produce short-form content (reels, clips, “Card of the Day”)
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats
  1. Platform Management
  • Upload and optimize videos (titles, keywords, timestamps)
  • Manage engagement (comments, DMs, testimonials)
  • Monitor audience sentiment and highlight key insights
  1. Marketing & Email Campaigns
  • Build and manage email campaigns and automation workflows
  • Segment audiences and nurture leads
  • Create cohesive messaging across platforms
  1. PR, & Lead Generation
  • Research and connect with media outlets, podcasts, and influencers
  • Develop media kits and outreach campaigns
  • Identify partnerships (metaphysical shops, festivals, collaborations)
  • Support affiliate program development
  1. Research & Analytics
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis in spiritual/tarot niche
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, shares, conversions)
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights
  1. Livestream & Community Support
  • Moderate livestreams (chat management, pin links, troubleshoot issues)
  • Organize audience questions for future content
  • Support growth of a “spiritual community” ecosystem

Qualifications:

For Both Roles:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in virtual assistance, admin, or digital marketing
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Writing, editing, and storytelling
  • Research and analytics
  • Experience in media, publishing, or content creation
  • Social media management and engagement
  • Lead generation and audience growth strategies
  • Bonus:
  • Background in publishing, magazines, or editorial work
  • Familiarity with spiritual, philosophical, or wellness niches

Tools & Software:

Candidates should be familiar with:

  • Microsoft Office / Excel / Word
  • Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
  • Constant Contact
  • Scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Zoom)
  • Cloud storage systems (Google Drive or similar)

Shifts & Hours:

  • Starting at 10 hours per week per VA (part-time)
  • Flexible schedule (can be split across days)
  • Example: 2 hours/day (Mon–Fri) or flexible weekly distribution
  • Time zone alignment not required (Client is in CST)

Work Style & Communication:

  • Daily communication preferred (email or messaging platforms)
  • End-of-day reports required
  • Weekly or regular check-ins
  • Collaborative but autonomous working style
