Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the creation, setup, and management of online courses using platforms such as Kajabi and Thinkific. The VA will assist in organizing course content, uploading materials, and ensuring a smooth user experience for learners.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and structure online courses in Kajabi and/or Thinkific

Upload and organize course materials (videos, PDFs, modules, lessons)

Assist in course creation workflows (formatting, sequencing, publishing)

Support course selling setup (landing pages, offers, pricing, basic funnels)

Ensure all content is properly formatted and functional

Perform basic testing to ensure a smooth student experience
Requirements:

Experience with Kajabi and/or Thinkific

Familiarity with online course creation and digital product setup

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with sales funnels or landing page setup

Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
