We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Strategist / Sales Representative Virtual Assistant to support and grow our retail partnerships, with a strong focus on beauty brands and retail spaces. This role is both sales-driven and strategic, requiring someone who can independently manage accounts, execute outreach strategies, and handle follow-ups while working within a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment.

The ideal candidate is emotionally resilient, highly organized, and experienced in retail B2B sales, capable of working collaboratively within an intense and high-performing sales culture.

Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Account Management

  • Manage and nurture warm B2B leads already generated by the company

  • Conduct consistent follow-ups with current retail leads and accounts

  • Independently manage large retail accounts (e.g., Walmart) once deals are secured

  • Support and collaborate with the existing sales team (cold callers, account managers)

  1. Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify new B2B retail leads, specifically in beauty and retail spaces

  • Source and verify B2B email contacts for outreach campaigns

  • Execute outbound email and retail outreach initiatives (including creative outreach such as sending physical materials like Polaroids)

  1. Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and propose outreach strategies to grow B2B partnerships

  • Provide ideas and recommendations to improve sales performance and conversion

  • Balance sales execution with strategic planning for long-term account growth

  1. Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update lead and account records

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to current retail accounts

  • Ensure accurate tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and deal progress

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within retail and beauty brands

  • Strong understanding of retail account handling and long sales cycles

  • Experience working in sales teams with KPIs and performance targets

  • Emotionally resilient and able to thrive in an intense, fast-paced sales culture

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team

  • Experience handling medium to large retail accounts is a plus

  • Background as a sales strategist or consultative salesperson

  • Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a sales role

  • This role is best suited for a seasoned B2B retail salesperson with strategic thinking skills, who is comfortable with pressure, motivated by commissions, and capable of independently managing high-value retail accounts while contributing to overall sales growth.

  • Email outreach platforms (Apollo / Linkedin)

  • CRM or lead tracking tools

  • Spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

  • Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)

  • Internet research tools for B2B lead sourcing

Shifts & Hours:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PH time

    • Break: 1-hour unpaid break

    • Lunch break must be taken before 2:00 PM Philippine time
