Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly adaptable AI Marketing & Sales Virtual Assistant to support two primary business lines:
- transmission & engineering consulting across Japan, Middle East, India, Europe, Africa, Brazil, Canada & US)
- focused on knowledge continuity and AI-powered expert avatars
This role combines sales outreach, marketing support, light administrative/accounting assistance, and occasional content refinement. The ideal candidate is curious about AI, willing to learn cutting-edge technology, and comfortable engaging in cold outreach.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone eager to grow in an emerging AI niche.
Scope of Work:
- Sales & Marketing Support (Primary Focus)
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients
- Support email campaigns and follow-ups
- Research and build lead lists (initial lists will be provided; additional research required)
- Assist with marketing campaigns for AI knowledge management solutions
- Identify opportunities across industries (engineering, medical, legal, tourism, finance, etc.)
- CRM updates and tracking outreach activity
- Support business development initiatives
- AI Product Familiarization
- Learn core concepts of AI-based knowledge continuity systems
- Understand how the AI avatar solution works
- Communicate value propositions clearly to prospects
- Assist in positioning the product for different industries
- (Technical training will be provided. Engineering background not required.)
- Administrative & Accounting Support (Secondary Task)
- Assist with organizing and uploading receipts via Uncut (QuickBooks add-on)
- Help categorize expenses and prepare monthly submissions
- Reduce 4–6 hour monthly accounting preparation workload
- Light document organization
- Presentation & Content Support (Occasional)
- Proofread presentations (grammar, clarity, formatting)
- Provide “fresh set of eyes” review
- Minor formatting improvements
- Optional / Secondary Role:
- Role B: Content & Course Assistant
- Basic video editing
- Assist in preparing training materials
- Help structure course content
- Support content repurposing
- (This may be assigned to a separate VA depending on skill alignment.)
Required Qualifications:
Essential:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales conversations
- Willingness to learn advanced AI concepts
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience in marketing or sales outreach
- Understanding of AI or technology concepts
- General knowledge of engineering, business, or professional services
- Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, or other languages)
- Experience with CRM systems

Work Hours & Shift:
- Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week; flexible scheduling
- Prefer overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours for cold calling
- No strict requirement to work full US daytime hours
- Some flexibility required on both sides
- Target Start Date: Flexible
- Dependent on client project activation and cash flow timing
