Role Purpose:
Provide administrative support to assist with document creation, mail funnels, book formatting, and follow-up tasks, enabling smooth operations for upcoming projects and events.
Core Responsibilities:

Format and prepare documents, books, and materials for internal and external use

Assist in creating and managing email funnels

Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed

Support follow-ups with clients, attendees, or partners

Perform general administrative tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Experience with document formatting, MS Office/Google Workspace

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
