Role Overview
Later in the school year (2026), we will be hiring a Finance/Accounting Assistant with strong data analysis capabilities to support business growth insights and potentially light bookkeeping. This role is secondary to the current social media role but will be critical for analyzing performance and financial strategy once the school is operational.
Scope (Preliminary)
- Compile and interpret business data.
- Provide insights and recommendations.
- Support light bookkeeping and encoding tasks.
- Maintain accuracy of financial reports and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Background in finance, accounting, or business analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Prior experience in a childcare or service-based business is a plus.
