Role Overview: Virtual Assistant (Hybrid Marketing & Web Support VA)
Is seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant (VA) to support her in establishing and growing her personal coaching brand online.
This is a hybrid role combining website development, content creation, LinkedIn optimisation, and lead generation support.
The ideal VA will act as a strategic digital partner who can help shape her online presence while ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and professional identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Development & Management
- Build a new website from scratch (no existing website)
- Recommend and implement a suitable platform (e.g. WordPress or equivalent user-friendly CMS)
- Create a clean, simple, professional coaching website structure, including:
- Home
- About / Biography
- Services / How I Help
- Testimonials / Recognition
- Insights / Blog / Articles / Books section
- Contact / Booking page
- Ensure website is:
- Easy for client to update independently (monthly updates preferred)
- Minimal maintenance after launch
- Visually clean, crisp, and professional
- Upload and structure client-provided content
- Ensure SEO basics are applied for visibility and lead generation
- LinkedIn Profile Optimisation & Content Support
- Reframe and optimise LinkedIn profile for executive coaching positioning
- Develop a clear personal brand narrative aligned with her coaching values
- Create engaging LinkedIn content including:
- Thought leadership posts
- Coaching insights
- Leadership and OD content
- Build a content rhythm/strategy (weekly or monthly cadence)
- Maintain UK English tone and grammar standards
- Lead Generation & Outreach Support
- Support early-stage lead generation strategy
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach using tools such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
- Assist in identifying potential:
- Executive coaching clients
- Organisations needing OD/leadership development support
- Help structure messaging for outreach and engagement
- Assist in building consistent visibility for inbound enquiries
- Content Development & Writing
- Write and/or refine professional coaching content
- Ensure tone aligns with:
- Executive presence
- Coaching voice (empathetic, insightful, professional)
- Client’s personal values and practice
- Strong focus on:
- Paraphrasing
- Summarisation
- Message clarity and impact
- Marketing Support
- Help define a simple marketing rhythm
- Support content planning for:

- Website updates (monthly or weekly at most)
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal VA will be:
- Experienced in website development (preferably WordPress or similar CMS)
- Strong in LinkedIn marketing and personal branding
- Skilled in content writing (UK English mandatory)
- Familiar with lead generation and outreach strategies
- Able to understand and represent a coaching/executive tone
- Capable of working independently while aligning closely with client direction
