Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant (VA) to support a growing global initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can assist with basic video editing, LinkedIn lead generation, light graphic/audio tasks, and administrative organization.

This is a part-time, entry-to-mid level role with room to grow as the organization scales.

Scope of Work:

  1. Video Editing & Audio Support (Primary Initial Focus)
  • Perform basic rough-cut video editing for long-form content (approx. 60 minutes)
  • Edit multi-camera recordings (usually 2 cameras)
  • Create initial drafts by:
    • Cutting between camera angles
    • Removing obvious gaps, pauses, or errors
    • Minor audio clean-up (basic leveling, trimming)
  • No advanced motion graphics or final polish required
  • Final edits will be completed by another editor or internal team
  1. Lead Generation & Outreach (LinkedIn-Focused)
  • Conduct LinkedIn lead generation and outreach targeting primarily women professionals
  • Send and manage connection requests and follow-ups
  • Track outreach activity and responses
  • Support membership growth for a $99/year global community
  • No complex automated sales funnel required
  1. Social Media & Content Support
  • Assist with basic posting and content coordination for:
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Repurpose long-form content into platform-ready assets when needed (basic level)
  1. Administrative & Organizational Support (Growing Scope)
  • Assist with organizing contacts, subscribers, and newsletters
  • Help consolidate tools and workflows (light CRM-style organization)
  • Support newsletter list management and data clean-up
  • General personal assistant tasks as needed

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience as a General Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Basic video editing skills (rough cuts only; not advanced production)
  • Comfortable working with long-form video and podcast-style content
  • Familiar with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with evolving responsibilities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Open to learning and growing with a startup-stage initiative

Tools & Software:

  • Any Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, or AI-based editors
  • Social & Outreach: LinkedIn (Sales Navigator a plus, not required)
  • Admin/Comms: Google Workspace, basic spreadsheets

Shifts & Hours:

  • Part-time: Starting with a minimum 10 hours per week; flexible schedule
    • Role may expand for more hours and higher rate
