The VA will support organic lead generation, social media execution, and digital product promotion, allowing the founder to focus on coaching delivery and thought leadership.
Primary Objective of the Role
To support lead generation and revenue growth through:
- Organic and semi-automated LinkedIn outreach
- TikTok-focused social media support
- Promotion and optimisation of existing coaching offers via Stan Store
- Light email/newsletter support
This role is execution-focused, with sensitivity to tone, credibility, and audience fit.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach (Primary Focus)
- Support LinkedIn lead generation for Santalan Coaching
- Use a human, personalised, organic approach (non-spammy, non-salesy)
- Assist with:
- Prospect research and profiling
- Drafting personalised outreach messages (based on client guidance)
- Managing conversations and responses
- Tools may include:
- LinkedIn (organic)
- Optional tools later (e.g., Sales Navigator, Dripify) — only when appropriate
- Maintain excellent written English with zero spelling/grammar errors
- TikTok Social Media Support
- Support TikTok content execution (not influencer-style posting)
- Responsibilities include:
- Posting and scheduling TikTok content
- Supporting promotional posts related to coaching offers
- Assisting with caption writing (aligned with client tone)
- VA will help optimise, position, and distribute content effectively
- Stan Store Support & Optimisation
- Work with an existing Stan Store (setup done by client)
- Responsibilities include:
- Uploading and managing coaching offers
- Optimising listings for clarity and conversion
- Supporting auto-responses / workflows within Stan Store
- Helping promote offers via TikTok and LinkedIn
- Courses and services are already created; VA focuses on management and optimisation
- Email & Newsletter Support (Secondary)
- Assist with:
- Periodic newsletters
- Formatting and sending (content direction provided by client)
Skills & Qualifications
- Very good English writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with:
- LinkedIn outreach / lead generation
- TikTok business or creator support
- Stan Store (management/optimisation experience required)
- Able to follow direction but also execute independently
Working Hours & Engagement
- Start: ASAP
- Initial hours:
- 5 hours per week (trial / ramp-up phase)
- Potential to increase to 10+ hours/week after 1-2 months or as ROI improves
- Schedule: Flexible within UK Business Hrs
- Must post and engage based on UK audience timing
